Had a great stay with our family before departing on our cruise the next morning. Martin was responsive, helpful, and was even able to offer us early-check in. Great place for families!

Great place to stay. Plenty of room. Meticulously cleaned- smelled very fresh on arrival. Close to several restaurants. Loved how responsive Martin was and extremely helpful. I loved and appreciated the check out instructions- “don’t do anything -we will take care of it- enjoy your last day” Never had that before. Also he has services for everything. No lugging out the trash on pick up day. If we return to Fort Lauderdale we will stay again!

Thank you so much! My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. There was so much to enjoy on the property—the hot tub, sauna, pool, games, and pool table kept us entertained the entire time. The outdoor space was beautiful and very private, which made it even more relaxing.<br/>The location was also perfect! Everything was close and walkable, including the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great time during our stay. The house was well located and the host very helpful! I give a 9,9 out of 10… the house was perfect… the only low point was the bathrooms shower curtain… if it was a box the house would be a 10.

Martins Villas

Had a wonderful long weekend with our adult children and their spouses.  The home offered many activities onsite and we took advantage of all of them.  The pool was pleasantly heated and we had the most enjoyable afternoon just all hanging around the pool swimming and talking.  We enjoyed the outdoor grill and the workout room as well.  The six bikes made for a fun outing.  We walked to dinner one evening at the Blue Moon Fish Co. (ten minute walk) and had the best seafood dinner.  Another evening, we walked (about five minutes) to enjoy tacos and some live music at a fun Irish Pub.  Any issues were quickly resolved by the owner.

Great stay overall!<br/>We had a great experience at this Airbnb. The place was very clean, well equipped, and exactly as described. The location was super convenient and close to the airport, which made traveling easy and stress-free.<br/>The host was attentive, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, and the home felt welcoming and well maintained.<br/>We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean, convenient place with a great host. thanks!

We enjoyed staying at this home.   In town from Iowa and it was a cooler week in Florida so the heated pool was a HUGE bonus.  My kids were swimming comfortably and it was reading 59 degrees out!  It was a little dirty when we got there but there had been recent rain storms - someone came the 2nd day we were there and cleaned so we were very happy about that.   Well stocked kitchen,  clean,  way better than a hotel or condo unless you HAVE to have that beach view.  Would stay again!

Great place to stay for a group. We had 5 adults in for a golf weekend with ample beds, bathrooms and spacious common area. Heated pool and sauna were bonuses. Well equipped kitchen and large gas grill with outdoor bar. We’d book again for our next trip to Ft. Lauderdale. Easy communication.

Martin’s place was everything we had hoped for. It comfortably fit 6 adults and 3 children with enough privacy to rest away from the group when needed. The amenities of the property were as advertised and met our needs (pool, sauna, playground). The house had extras that were not advertised that made the trip even easier than anticipated (beach chairs, cooler, etc). Martin responded quickly to our questions and even sent unprompted recommendations/thoughtful suggestions that enhanced our stay. I would recommend Martin’s Villas to any traveler looking for a clean, comfortable stay in Fort Lauderdale.
