Marina's house was great! I came for a girls weekend with a total of 7 girls and we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The outdoor area was really the best part though! the description was accurate and we were a super close walk to the beach. Marina was SUPER communicative and accommodating! I would recommend booking this home!

We had a wonderful stay! The keyless entry made check-in quick and effortless. The home was spacious, very clean, and smelled fresh when we arrived. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub—they were definitely highlights of the trip. The host was excellent, proactively checking in, providing clear and helpful instructions, and responding promptly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Martins Villas

Stayed at this place for my fiancé and I joint bach party and it was absolutely perfect. Martin allowed us to check in early on one side for a small fee. The place was spotless and even better than we could’ve hoped for! Only complaint I had was the neighbors complained about our noise level at 7pm even though quiet hours don’t start until 10pm. We were playing music at a respectable level out back and chatting by the pool, nothing crazy. Martin was extremely friendly and understanding though so nothing against him. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking of booking this place.

We had a wonderful five-day family stay. The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and felt welcoming right away.<br/>The amenities kept everyone entertained—we loved the pool, floats, pool table, puzzles, coffee bar, outdoor seating, and bikes for exploring.<br/>The location was great, with easy access to local restaurants and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Beach.<br/>Everything was thoughtfully provided, and Jeremy was an excellent host who stayed in touch and ensured we had what we needed. We made great family memories and would highly we recommend this property. We’d gladly stay again!

Wow what do I say this place is beautiful just as pictured I love the high ceilings and  the layout of this house.   There is so much room 3 floors of spacious areas and rooms.  Everything was on point.   Washer and dryer was great to have.  Having a pool was a bonus.  Walking distance to Los olas.    Martin was awesome very responsive!   We are looking at some more of this properties for our next getaway.    If you don’t have a car no worries it truly walking distance to all the action. All the beds were very comfortable. The restaurants were walking distance.  The beach was about a 30 minute walk, but there are tons of golf cart taxis that will take you to the beach for 15.00 a person, or you can take an uber. We especially loved the mini pool. We were a group of six. The pool was intimate, cozy and a good way to cool off in this sweltering heat. We loved the state of the art televisions in the rooms.  The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. There are no bedrooms on the first floor, so people who have difficulty walking up a flight of stairs, this might not be the home for you. <br/>I would definitely come back.
